You are The National Trust

An internal comms campaign to motivate and encourage staff and volunteers in the context of a new vision and challenges faced by the National Trust. We called it ‘playing our part’ and the campaign kicked off with ‘you are the national trust’ using video, print and posters in internal channels.

The campaign was to demonstrate to staff that they were valued and that they would be instrumental in delivering the change, and that the Trust will support them. The Trust wants to make work life better, more inspiring, more fulfilling. The program is a promise to staff and volunteers, and a recognition that they are vital to the ongoing success of the trust long into the 21st century.
