Adventurers wanted

Part of AXA, Sunlife’s ‘Guaranteed Over 50s Plan’ is the nation’s most popular choice, with over 870k policyholders. Embarking on a period of significant change, I delivered the creative strategy and creative concept to help them build a values-driven, high-performance culture to get their organisation and people ready to deliver their new strategy.

We defined and launched a new set of company values, followed by workshops, launched at annual conference with a guest speaker  – real life adventurers, interactive breakouts and large format learning tools to discuss the characteristics of famous adventurers, to encourage lateral thinking and risk taking, to reduce fear of failure and bring the values to life across the recruitment and induction processes.
