You are The National Trust

An internal comms campaign to motivate and encourage staff and volunteers in the context of a new vision and challenges of modern life and visitor needs to the trust. We called it ‘playing our part’ and the campaign kicked off with ‘you are the national trust’ using video, print and posters.

The job was to demonstrate to staff that they were valued and that they would be instrumental in delivering the change, and that the change starts with how the Trust will support them. The Trust is there to make work life better, more inspiring, more fulfilling. The program is a promise to staff and volunteers, and a recognition that they are vital to the ongoing success of the trust into the 21st century.
